This was my first time! Our tour guide Mike was fantastic! He made it so easy to learn to ride the Segway and made it so much fun! My daughter who is 14 also loved it! We learned a lot also! I would def do it again when I come back! But only with Mike! Thanks Mike! We had an amazing time!

We love Segway tours to learn about and see a city. Because of back issues I can't walk the number of miles covered on a walking tour so Segway tours are becoming a fun and non-strenuous way to see a city. Mike aka Captain Segway was a great guide who was informative and personable as well as helpful and concerned about out safety while instructing us on how to ride a Segway before and along the route. This was our 2nd Segway tour and again I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to ride one. It was mid-April and high 40s but still very cold especially near the lake so if it's less than 50* I would dress for winter with coat, gloves and a hat you can wear under your helmet. We dressed this way and were still very cold. It is not called the windy city for nothing. Loved it but needed hot coffee after.

Segway Mike was a wonderful guide through Grant Park! He is very knowledgeable of local history and answered our numerous questions! He gave us detailed instructions on how to operate the Segway. He is very safety conscious with explicit instructions on crossing any street and maneuvering around pedestrians. I look forward to doing another tour in the future!
