My sisters and I recently took this tour while visiting Montgomery AL. Jake was an amazing guide and historian on Montgomery and the Civil Rights movement. Unlike other tours I've experienced he took the time to give us an introduction of Montgomery's history before we began our tour which gave much more meaning to the sites we saw. His personal stories were impactful and added a special touch to the experience. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Montgomery and wanting to explore the history of the Civil Rights movement. Be sure and ask Jake to show you the Missouri state flag. :D

FIVE STARS! I would say this is a must-do. Mr. Williams is a super- knowledgeable guide who knows every nook and cranny of Montgomery, and drove us around the city to bring it to life. It was deeply meaningful to hear his stories of the history of Montgomery, and the people that animated the civil rights movement over the decades. We had lunch at Davis Cafe and that was a lot of fun, too! Definitely take his tour!!!
