The tour and the tour company were excellent, but don't buy this through Viator. When I booked, Viator HIGHLIGHTED IN BOLD RED TEXT that I could cancel all the way up to the time of my reservation. Well, less than 24 hours later and only a few hours before the tour, my plans changed....so I went on to Viator to cancel...Well, good news you CAN cancel for a 100% loss of fee. WOW, that is such a generous cancellation policy!!!! Thank you, Viator! See, you need to dig to find their Refund Policy, which states that you have to cancel more than 24 hours in advance to get a refund...but it's a deceptive tactic to word play and to HIGHLIGHT your "Cancellation Policy"....Anyway, there was a number for Wendella, and they offered to rebook me, but wouldn't refund, because I had purchased through Viator. We were able to make the rescheduled tour and had a great time. I would recommend this tour.
