I paid for two Architectural River Cruise tickets at $42 a ticket online & did not receive tickets by email. Went to boat (no elevator-bad knees) & found more than one company did an architectural tour. Did not know which tour boat I reserved because I did not get an Email. Ticket clerk said it was probably on the other side of the river, which I could not get to ontime because no elevator, bad knees, far away for me using the ramp, no phone number & not sure if it was the correct cruise anyways. So, I had to buy another set of tickets & went on the 'First Lady' cruise boat. I would really like to get a refund for my $84.00.
