Driver was waiting for us as soon as we arrived at baggage claim. Driver was very friendly . I would recommend

It was an easy pick up. As soon as I got to baggage claim picked up my bags call viator transport service VIP Trans, they told me where the meeting point was located. In about 10 minutes later I was in the Shuttle Van

Pleasant staff but didn't have any record of our booking. Was at the airport for around an hour while they contacted the base and re-organised things. Contacted the firm to ensure that processes were on order for our return journey.. Received a positive reply, but they were late again.
