The ride and the driver were both fantastic. The reason for the 3 stars was because when we arrived at the airport better information on what location to meet the shuttle would have made my arrival much more pleasant.

The driver took us right to our accommodation even though we thought we'd have to walk with our luggage from a nearby hotel. So kind! And he will pick us up there on our way back to the airport. Wonderful service. It was a bit of a wait at the airport until we found the driver, but we knew we'd be looked after. Thanks.

The driver was very helpful a.nd took my suitcase up the stairs to reception for me. Gave me some tips on where to shop.
