Traveling for the first time with a toddler and a baby, our options were limited. We are so glad to have booked our roundtrip shuttle with VIP Trans' service. We were greeted at baggage claim at the HNL airport -- a welcomed start to our vacation. For our return trip, the driver arrived on time at our hotel in Waikiki. We shared a ride with two other families, but there were plenty of seats on the shuttle and the ride was safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this option to get from/to the airport for our friends visiting Honolulu.

I like how the guide called me and after we met, she took me to the location where my family and I were going to get picked up by shuttle and she was also A friendly guide. Furthermore, the driver was also friendly and she also gave us a guide or advice such as setting up a reservation for Pearl Harbor, she explained the changes In Honolulu, and so forth.

Satisfied with the service. The incoming flight was delayed. It was easy to reschedule the transfer. Pick up from hotel was on time and got us ahead of time to the airport. Friendly driver, who also gave us some tips about places to see and how to get there. Reasonable price. From my experience I can recommend VIP Trans.
