Incredibly dishonest staff and lack of company values/integrity. Waited 1 1/2 hrs. for pickup at airport and called 4 times. After 4 different excuses why shuttle was running late, I had to finally get an Uber after final no-show. Now they saying my reservation is non-refundable.

Quentin our airport transport driver was fantastic. He made sure we knew things about Oahu that only the locals would know. He answers our questions and got us to our hotel safe and sound and just a little wiser. Thanks Quentin!!

We were picked up in the baggage claim section immediately upon arrival. Walked to the area where the shuttles park and ended up waiting over 55 minutes, 30 minutes of which was sitting on the shuttle.. NOT SATISFACTORY.
