He was very very rude yelling at me I was trying to get a clear understanding where to stand for the shuttle to pick me up at I stood there fo a whole hour the shuttle kept passing me I was standing exactly where he told me to so he got angry because I said something about the way he was talking to me so he said he would not pick me up call you guys to cancel and hung up in my face left me stranded and I lost my 31.95 I paid

Take Uber it is less cost and quicker. This is a bus service and not VIP. Bus was hot, and took 1hr-15min. from airport to Hotel. Uber was $39 total for 3 people.

Nice people, easy peasy, comfortable. Transportation done well. There is a short walk from baggage pickup to the van.
