My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.

After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.

Had an amazing class with Damian! Great sequence and selection of poses to hit all chakras. It was wonderful to practice on natural elements and then go for a swim afterward. I highly recommend this experience.

It rained outside so the event was cancelled 1 hour prior to start time. I look forward to the event on my next visit to Miami, FL.

On the sandy shores of Miami Beach, surrounded by the sound of crashing waves and the gentle caress of the ocean breeze. Damian doesn't just stick to traditional all too familiar poses. He's got a number of bizarre stretches and contortions that will leave you questioning the very fabric of reality.
