Buyer beware; Laura, the owner, is aggressive, crude, and rude. There are several other companies in the area that do the same thing for cheaper and better! She is not someone that I would recommend anyone ever go out with if you want to have a good time. We arrived what we thought was early for our tour and that was our first mistake. Apparently we were suppose to be there 2 minutes earlier but we’re never told to be there at that time. Laura immediately had an attitude. My sister was not feeling great and let Laura know. Laura was not happy and yelled at us saying that we should not have come with someone so sick, she had a simple hangover btw, but we could not even get a word in before she was walking away and yelling no refunds for canceled tours! She has some type of complex. We went out and the entire time she was swimming away from us, I did not feel safe with her in the water and I felt like I was on my own. The reef was great but I saw serval other company’s doing the same thing and they were smiling and laughing and having fun, I just wish I went with one of them. This was a traumatic experience for me and I am a diver with over 50 dives. Laura is what is wrong with this industry and I would never go on or recommend her or her company to anyone! STAY AWAY!

Your claim of being the first person ever to get sick snorkeling is truly one for the books—especially considering the countless guests who’ve enjoyed our tours without issue. It’s almost as if your experience exists in a world of its own. We’ve seen a lot over the years, but your take might just be a first... in creative storytelling. Better luck next time with the truth!

Laura was quick to get in touch with us about booking a snorkeling adventure with my teenagers. 2 of us are well versed, and 2 were new to it. Laura was fabulous explaining everything that the newbies needed. We spent over an hour exploring and learning about the reefs and area. FABULOUS time
