We have completed this tour today and did both routes in one go so we could see everything and then plan where to go back. We were so lucky to have Chris as our guide on it all. He was such a charismatic young man sense of humour and great knowledge of the city really could not have asked for more, used this company in other cities and always had a great experience. Thanks for guiding us through Miami wow what a great city 😀

So many reasons not to go on this tour. First, it is not a hop on and hop off, unless you tell them you want to get in, or want to get off. My husband and I stood by while the bus went right past the stated stop area. Caused us to be two hours late, and had to cancel our dinner reservation. The bus tour guides talk through a microphone you can only hear with earphones, and not sure value added. The downstairs, enclosed area is really old, worn, and dirty. There is no local number to call, and the 800 line is fairly useless. I would. Intact someone to get. Refund, but there is no recourse. Our suggestion is find an alternate transport. Waste of money.

I took two types of tours with this company, a HOHO for the day & a night tour. I got on two buses for the HOHO and both times, there was live commentary, but the sound was so bad I couldn't understand what was being said. It was not exactly static, but very fuzzy sounding. When I could move to another area of the bus, I had the same problem. I also used my own headphones, but tried it with the ear buds and had the same problem. Others complained as well. The night tour was the same way. Again, others were complaining. The route (blue route for the day) was good. I ended up starting near the Bass Museum, which is on the corner and was unsure where the bus would be, and it was easy to call and get specific stop information. (No sign). So I say good customer service!!
