Bought 48 hr tickets for this hop on bus and wish we hadnt bothered. We just about got on the first bus, 2 of us had to sit downstairs and 1 upstairs, it was rammed. My headset unit did not work and tour guide did nothing to help except tell me there were a number of them not working. I asked for a reduced ticket price but that wasnt an option, it was just tough. Luckily a passenger in front allowed me to plug my headset into her unit, no help at all from staff. We passed a number of stops where people wanted to get on but they were refused as the bus was full. This happened again on our 2nd day, they simply dont have enough buses. Try a local taxi, they offer private tours at reasonable prices apparently.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused for this is not the service that we are known for. With our busy season commencing, we utilize as many buses as possible to alleviate overcapacity on our buses. However, we are updating our routes on December 3rd to improve this. Our operations & engineering team has been made aware for improvements.

Please the bus is very dated . You are in US and not in third world country . I did ride the bus . I have to say Miami is beautiful and the sight seen with stops and staff are all great . Please take these buses off from Miami roads now and use other brand new modern buses . Please listen . Thank you and appreciate it

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you were pleased with our staff and your overall experience with us. We are currently in the process of updating our bus fleet although, we do utilize a few new buses for our tours.

While in Miami for 4 days/3 nights we bought a 2 day Hop-on Hop-off pass. We were on 4 different buses. The first one was OK. The second one a little better. The third one was terrible.(no commentary at all, just transportation) But the 4th one was fun, interesting and informative. It all depends on your driver and your tour guide. Our final trip on the Big Bus featured driver Miss Vicki and tour guide Ivory. What a hoot! What fun! More entertaining history than all the other 3 together. Miss Vicki drove like and Angel. No quick stops, no hard acceleration, no fast turns and no curbs! Truly she is an experienced and caring driver. Now then...that Ivory! He was witty, intelligent, humorous and caring. By caring, I mean he personally made sure everyone got off safely. He listened to comments, answered questions and was polite and respectful at all times. What can I say? If you are not lucky enough to get Miss Vicki and Ivory....wait on another bus until you get them. Ivory is the Big Bus's most valuable public relations asset! If you double his salary it is not enough.
