Great trip on this stop and hop off bus three hours we had a great tour guide called Armondo he really was very good probley the best we have experienced on our world wide travel1little Havana a must! Ian Jacki England

I used this in other cities is always a learning experience with info i couldn't get otherwise , bought the Gocitycard and this was included so I took the night tour and the day tour and did both routes we saw a lot and learned a lot and Ramon was super fun , I missed one bus because the location was not working on the app , so had to wait a bit longer to catch the next one , other than that , really good.

First they need to update where central location is. City tour is a bust could have paid for an Uber to take me to see the sights in the city. Asked employee which tour we should start in he sai city. No good if you want to go to little Havana take a cab. Parking at central location is $15 guess cheaper than public area. BUT no handicap parking and no rest room facilities. We have taken big bus tour all over and found that this one is the worst. Every where else was great. We had no live tour guide. We were unable to take a second trip on bus or boat. For the money they charged and all the employees hanging around I would never use this company in Miami!!!!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you did not have more information before beginning your tour. Handicap parking is available directly across form us as well as at Bayside Market Place with restrooms available there as well. We have live guides on the buses and we are sorry you were not able to hear them through the headphones. Miami is part of an amazing history and culture that goes back 10,000 years and we hope that if you return you will give us nother try.
