We did the two loops, red and blue, city and beach. And also the night tour. That night at the beach started raining and the guide went down stairs without a word leaving us like a captain leaving the ship. The headphones or mic did not work and the pronunciation did not help either. Take the left side seats, because on the roof you are at risk of the branches of the trees and you have to lower your head many times

Thank you for your feedback. Being an open top sightseeing tour, we are exposed to the elements and nature. However, the guide should have offered ponchos and continued to do their best providing a tour. We have informed the operations team so that they can coach the guides.

We took both loops today with commentary for the blue tour from Ramon who was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic bringing the tour to life. He even helped us with the directions to our hotel. Please give him a new microphone though so we can properly hear him. Thanks Ramon for the experience and advice (about life and Miami!!!)😃😃

We were in Miami for a couple of days before going our cruise ship so we booked the big bus tour on line. This was straight forward and easy. We went for the one that gave you option to take the Harbour or Night tour as well, great value for money and very easy to get around. Would certainly use them again if we came back to Miami Thanks Lydia & Richard
