The wait for the buses were more than 20-25 minutes, there wasn’t enough room so we had to stand, the speaker for the headphones kept going in and out, there was not enough buses for Big bus. I saw other bus lines come through three and four times before ours came back. We should’ve just taken the subway. We were looking for a more customize experienced. Also, the address for the starting point was incorrect and we had to figure out where it was when we got there, plus wait 15 minutes once we found it. We wasted $169 for a miserable experience.

We've worked hard to enhance our website, ensuring it displays the most precise addresses for our stops, so you can find them effortlessly. Our mobile app has also been upgraded with an interactive map that allows you to check all the stops and see the bus on the route in real time. We've increased our fleet size by adding new buses and have cut down waiting times to only 15 minutes on the red route. Plus, our audio experience has been improved to share the incredible history of the Big Apple with you. We hope to see you again soon to enjoy these upgrades!

Great way to visit the city upon our arrival. I highly recommend! The staff is nice, helpful and we appreciated the audioguide.

Bus app was a bonus, live bus updates. Staff were friendly and efficient. Buses were clean and tidy. A good way to get around NYC. We bought the 2 day but should have bought the 3 day. It’s reliable and good value for money.
