Not worth the money book one of the red tour busses not this one. The tour busses did not follow the correct route and the drivers were rude and pushy.

We booked a 2 day ticket so we could benefit from both routes but it was a total waste of money. The traffic in New York is so busy you just queue and it’s quicker to get off the bus and walk. The information about the city is poor with mainly music played through your headphones. Easy to get on the bus but it is typical let’s give the worst service to the tourist. The bus arrived and the seats upstairs were wet lots of people trying to sell the tickets but only a driver onboard so we had to find tissues etc to wipe the seats.

We had used Big Bus in Dublin and so went with them in NYC. Booked on the app which was straight forward. Buses were generally very busy, was disappointed by the lack of in person tour guide, the rolling tape with Reggie and his pals was a bit "simple simon" and often didn't relate to where we were in the tour, and we seemed to miss a lot of landmarks where nothing was said! Some of the head phone sockets didn't work. Drivers were generally pretty gruff and didn't seem to like stopping. Was a useful way to see the city but would have much preferred a real guide.
