We purchased the deluxe ticket with a boat ride, but none of the many people in Big Bus shirts could give us specific details about how to find the cruise. There was no telephone # to call. Any communication was by delayed email.
The plan was to take the Red Bus around Manhatton and determine where we wanted to revisit. Half way into our maiden ride, they shouted, repeatedly “get off!” The numerous workers were rude, abrupt, waved their arms as if herding cattle, and offered no explanation. They shouted for us to get in line for a different bus - which never came.

We are dishearten by your experience with us. We apologize for the lack of communication, as we dignify ourselves as exceptional customer service. Cruise departures are posted on our website and app upon checking out. We do have a customer service line provided on our website, app and brochures. Due to the UN Nations General Assembly, we were experiencing delays, route changes and cancellations that week. Please know whenever we have to change or alter a route, or close a stop completely, we only do so once mandated by the Dept. of Transportation. We post these changes on our website and app under "Service information' All of our guides and agents are aware of these changes and should be informing customers also. We are truly apologetic that we did not meet or exceed your expectations, but with the feedback you provided, we will continue to strive to be better, and hopefully meet your expectations next time you use Big Bus Tours.
