Booked through Viator. Able to have the QR code scanned at any of the stops to redeem for a paper ticket. Need the paper ticket to get on and off the bus at various stops. Only have 2 routes. Blue and red. Red downtown. Blue uptown.

Not enough history stops & info. What about Rockefeller ctr & so many other historic happenings in NY

B4321odsusant, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case. We truly appreciate your feedback on our pre-recorded commentary as this allows us a chance to get a better understanding of how we can improve. Our tour routes include many attractions and iconic a reas, but unfortunately as New York City has so much to offer there are other attractions our route does not directly pass by. We encourage our guests to explore further by hopping off at one of our designated stops, such as Stop #1 which is about a 3 minute walk to Rockefeller Center. We hope you were still able to enjoy the sights on our routes and had the chance to explore the city more.

Provide more detailed information during the tour and in a different format. The pre-recorded format sounds like it's geared to second graders. Cut out all hip-hop music in between. Messages should be in sync with the bus location at the time. We did not find the staff to be friendly, only interested in selling you tickets. This is clearly a "hop off - hop on" tour, not an informational tour. Disappointed!
