This open top bus sounded like a great way to see the landmarks without having to drive in the crazy traffic. The weather was great but the headphones were uncomfortable and the recorded narrative is extremely dated (referencing The Sopranos and NYPD Blue as current TV series!). It also didn’t necessarily follow our route well. Pretty expensive. And we bought our tickets online but drivers asked us multiple times about getting them scanned; yet, apparently there were no stops where we could get them scanned nor anywhere that told us we needed to. Overall, the operation seemed a bit inefficient.

We enjoyed the open air bus and touring around the city. We bought the 3 day pass, as it was our first time in New York City. We recommend a 1 or 2 day purchase as this is more leisurely. Not recommended to use if you need to be somewhere at a specific time. It was a super fun experience!

They clean nothing - this is the source of how I caught Covid on my NYC trip. The email I used has never received so much SPAM. it was a clean email box before these people got the email address. Now I get 20 Spam emails per day and its never ending. They get you by buying multiple days and knowing you won’t use them, then they sell your information over and over and over and keep using your good name to make a slimy buck

Furthermore, our buses are also cleaned daily to ensure they are ready for our routes and we provide hand sanitizer on every bus for our customers and staff to use. Additionally, all of our staff is fully vaccinated. While we do send offers for our tours via e-mail, we assure you we do not sell any customer information.
