Wow. I am usually not that fussed about touristic attractions as long as it’s a decent quality at least, and I enjoy a bit of sitting and sightseeing while having my daily dose of fun facts and then deciding what I want to do for the rest of my stay in each city. I can recommend the tours in LA, SF, las Vegas and Chicago easily, but the new york one? Never seen that before. The stops are unannounced, the staff is rude all the way, neither engaging nor nice, the app is not up to date with the route and the stops which means you could miss a stop and you will genuinely have less stops than what’s on the map of the app, and therefore less facts given to you by the audio, etc. Just, wow. They seriously need to reevaluate their service based on the high quality going on in other cities in the US and the rest of the world. « Leave a tip and a good review if you are satisfied » you could hear every once in a while. I thought « Oh I’ll leave a review allright ». they have a « topview sightseeing tour » as competitor, I’d check their review out before to make a decision on which to choose from. Unbelievable!

Hello, We are disappointed to hear about your recent experience on our tours. Our app does show our updated route, however, we do experience detours at times due to events taking place in Manhattan which are out of our control. We try our best to communicate any stop or route changes prior to boarding by posting updates on our app and our website, as well as informing guests on street. We are sorry if you were not informed of any changes prior to your trip and hope this did not cause too much of an inconvenience. Either go back to a live person talking about what you are actually seeing or if you can only use a recorded tape; actually provide information about the city! I did this same tour 4 years ago with a live tour guide and learned so much about the buildings; history & the city in general. This thing tour with a recorded tape; wad ridiculous… 2 people giving quizzes about movies & TV shows. Nothing about the architecture, nothing about the history & oh yes, they were really annoying! They even talked about NJ … DON’T waste your time or money … would not recommend this to anyone.
