Very disappointed. There was no guide explaining or saying anything just earpods to a pitiful recording that was mostly music with occasional brief narrative. The busses were sweltering hot, not one of them had air conditioning or even fans downstairs. Just miserable sweatboxes. After doing these same bus tours in Philly and DC which were wonderful, we were extremely displeased with the one in NYC. Don’t waste your money. You can walk or uber or use subway in new york much cheaper and more comfortably.

Very disappointed New York was not as crowded on July 2022 but the Big Bus was terrible, crowded, the 2 routes were boring and the commentary was even more boring, how can you make NY boring??????? So much time waiting for the Bus (The app bus tracking does not work) I love to do the hop on and hop off busses when I travel to a new city, but will never use this company again.
