Actual trip was very good but total shambles in sorting out timings and where to meet with this which was booked as combined tour with alcatraz. Nobody at the Big Bus tour venue offices knew the answer to meet times ad where when we asked on 3 different occasssion's the day before to try an ensure we didn't miss meet times. As I say, when finally sorted by arriving at 8.30am on the day just in case, the actual tour was very good.

What a great experience , we had a 2 day pass saved us money and we got to see all the best things, also done a night trip . Alcatraz you just have to go . The whole trip is well worth it. Gloria
