Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected
Hop-on Hop-off tour ticket is valid during operating hours for 48 hours after first use.

Tour was a great day out. Got to see intriguing tourist sites and plenty of information about them. The bus journey was smooth, all the attractions were explained in great detail. The lady at the desk, Tara was very helpful explaining the process of the tour and gave us all the information we needed before setting out. It is a must do, highly recommend to anyone wanting to see the attractions in San Francisco.

Never had the opportunity to hop on or hop off. Breakdown and much waiting Currently awaiting request for refund

This combo package is a amazing value to see the sights and getting the history with the audio portion on the bus, and in the cell block on Alcatraz was a huge plus! Having the app with live tracking of the bus routes was so helpful! There were 5 people in my party and everyone enjoyed the visit.
