Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected
Hop-on Hop-off tour ticket is valid during operating hours for 48 hours after first use.

The bus had a problem with low tire pressure and John Slater Jr did a great job of getting everyone off the bad bus and onto a replacement bus safely…he is a very good communicator. This guy adds value to your business….he spent lots of time explain things to us.

The bus was very very dirty. The audio jacks didn’t work well. You had to continually play with the input probably from overuse. Also the ear buds were too large for my children. Beautiful day. Sites were nice. Experience was meh

The bus was great. The tour was interesting and informative. The pick up and drop off spots were convenient. However, customer service is terrible. We were charged for 8 tickets and only bought four. We were told to use the website to contact them, but all customer service lines are disconnected and there is no email. All information/help desks are closed. Their website states to use the chat button below, but it doesn’t exist. I tried using their app and they responded and disconnect at 2:00 AM local time. When I found a phone number to the LA office, they said they couldn’t help and the customer service is in Budapest which is why they respond so late at night. Also, make sure to screen shot your tickets, or get a printed copy because there is no way to access them if you accidentally shut the site on your phone or if it dies during the day.
