What a great time! This was our first trip to AZ and deserts in general. The trails are definitely not for the faint of heart. Jason, our guide, did a great job a making sure we were prepared and felt comfortable before we went out on the trails. We were a group of 4, two guys and two gals. I hadn't ridden an ATV in a very long time, so I was nervous going into it. I think if one of us would have not been comfortable I have a feeling we could have switched to a UTV. The trails are no joke, so as long as you're not the type to make it halfway up the hill and then freak out, you'll be fine. I would not recommend this for anyone who has back issues or mobility issues. Their training courses help you get a feel for what you'll be dealing with. Some of the trail is flat and easy, some is very steep and rocky with drop offs next to the trail. The fantastic views and desert history are great bonuses! As for what to wear, we wore leggings and a t-shirt with tennis shoes, guys wore shorts. Just be prepared to get a little dusty and a little sore the next day. I'd do this again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great time!
