We thought this was best option but found out you can rent bikes right in the park at Columbus Circle for a bit more $ This shop was hot and crowded and in a hurry to move you on. Bike frame did not fit my husband and I had to ask for seat adjustment. Bike helmets and lock included in price. You have to walk bike a few blocks to park. Busy streets. Beware that the park is hilly!

Rented 4 bikes via the internet. Picking up the bikes was smooth and they had decent quality. But surprised by the general attitude of staff working there. Not a particular individual but it was remarkable how unfriendly most of the staff was. If a 10 year old is struggling to get her helmet on and you stand literally right next to her than you don't watch her struggle but you offer assistance. That is your job! Just one example. Have others. No, people working there don't care about their job and their customers.

very efferent customer service, checking and check out process. very helpful and courteous staff. no pressure of up sell or marketing speeches. Love this operation and will rent here again.
