Great value and good service. We did the 4 hour rental and used a Groupon. No issues booking with Groupon, and no problem using them with the bike rental company. Was advised by Groupon to reserve but no need for mid week in June. We booked 4 adult bikes, costing $12.50 each with Groupon = total of $50 paid in advance. Walk in price was $30 per hour, per bike = $120. But I doubt most people pay walk in prices. Something to consider is Citibikes cost $12 per day. But they have lots of restrictions, which this company did not. We just went around the park so we went 3/4 around and stopped at Loeb Boathouse for lunch. Picked up @ 12pm and dropped back at 4pm, with 5 mins to spare! 2 locks included which we used. Good quality bikes, and good locks. Happy to recommend

Had just arrived in NY and not yet established internet access. Finished up with walking in off the street and paying 45 dollars. This was even more calling when we saw street boards for the same company at much lower prices. The bikes and their equipment was good

Great value and good service. We did the 4 hour rental and used a Groupon. It’s 6 miles around the park so we went 3/4 around and stopped at Strawberry fields. We could not find a place to lock the bikes so we rode a block into the city to grab breakfast and bring back to the park for a picnic before finishing the loop. Only 2 complaints are 1-the long line we had to wait in to return the bikes because there was not a separate line for drop offs. 2-that they kept your license or passport. What if I needed it while I was out or what if they lost it?
