Enjoyed our trip on the trolley bus tour. The guide was well informed and made the tour fun. Driver was very good. Easy to book online and parking there. Highly recommended

Beware that there are no Covid protocols for this tour company. Staff does not wear masks or take ANY precautions. No temperatures taken of customers or vaccination cards shown. The tour guide faced customers in the van talking and laughing just inches away from customers. The van did not even have windows to roll down. It was as if there was not a pandemic happening! The tour itself was ok. I wanted to see Siesta Beach (just named the #1 beach in the US) but tour guide said they don't go that far. I went on my own later and it wasn't that far. The tour shared a lot of history about Sarasota which was interesting but I really wanted to see all the highlights of the city and what draws people there to live. Would have liked to know the route prior to booking.

Masks are optional by city and state mandate and that is why we are not allowed to mandate them for any employee or guest. This information is clearly stated so would not be a surprise to anyone visiting Sarasota. What is confusing to me is that you want to experience a tour but you then go and punish the tour company for offering this experience? Im not sure how you missed them but this tour does provide all the highlights of the city as reflected in all other reviews so I’m confused. Punishing small businesses in Florida for operating under state mandates during a two year pandemic is just clueless. Most of us in Sarasota are just grateful to still be open and able to offer tours at all after two years of relentless covid devastation.
