Of our 2 week vacation in Siesta Key, this was by far the worst day of our stay. Upon arriving, we discovered we were to travel in 9 passenger van. The advertisement site shows a Trolley. Even though the site says "Tours with fewer than 10 guests will travel in our air-conditioned 9-passenger van", you have no idea of which vehicle you will be in until arrival. We felt extremley uncomfortable w/this d/t the rise in Covid cases & that "masks are optional" We chose not to go on this tour & were offered to return for the Trolley Tour the following Tues., however, we were leaving for home on Monday. A refund was refused. We will never use this service again.

You are incorrect. Each tour booking shows the vehicle the tour will be offered in, you bought a van tour and refused it so that is why there are no refunds. Each tour is the same regardless of vehicle it runs in. Most tours run in the van in January as it is still our shoulder season. Both vehicles are enclosed. Many people prefer the smaller vehicle ad it allows for more interaction between guests. Why would you want to come on a public tour in an enclosed vehicle in a state that specifically disallows businesses from requiring masks, and then blame the tour company for offering a tour? We did our best to help you but you refused any offer we made.

I highly recommend this tour Our "Irish" guide was an entertaining story teller. He kept us engaged and worked well with our driver. The 90 minutes flew by. It is a wonderful way to get an overview of the area and learn some history. Wish I had time to take some of their other tours
