Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! Alors que les lamantins sont notre objectif principal de cette visite, nous voyons souvent des dauphins, des poissons, des tortues, des oiseaux et bien plus encore ! Cette aventure guidée de 2 à 2,5 heures comprend une pagaie détendue à travers Kings Bay jusqu'à Hunter Springs, Jurassic Springs et au-delà à Crystal River. The clear kayaks and the guides made the experience for us. 11 year old swam in spring and enjoyed the cool water!!

We enjoyed the trip. Winsor and Isabel were both helpful and kind. We didn’t care for being part of a crowd around the manatees. We’d like more limits on # of people.

Fun experience kayaking through the beautiful Crystal River channels. We did the noon trip. Super great bonus that dry bags were provided to put car fobs/phones in if needed. The kayaks have a skeg on the rear which was super helpful in steering considering we were on the waters during a very windy day. We were at the end of the manatee season, but did manage to see 2 (the groups of huddled snorkelers helped us locate them). Also saw a turtle and lots of different types of birds. Was a great way to get outside on the water. We enjoyed the scenery and the clear waters were absolutely beautiful.
