Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! Alors que les lamantins sont notre objectif principal de cette visite, nous voyons souvent des dauphins, des poissons, des tortues, des oiseaux et bien plus encore ! I came here on a solo trip and this was one of my favorite things that I did. We saw so many manatees, and it was so fun and cool seeing them swim up so close to you, and also seeing them pass under your clear kayak. We even saw a baby one swimming alongside the mother. Our guide also gave us information about the manatees. Overall, the clear kayak is definitely a bit of a gimmick, but one that I enjoyed thoroughly. I felt that the tour price was well worth the experience, I would recommend to anyone that is interested

Don’t miss out on this fun and educational adventure on Crystal River. Connor our guide was an exceptionally knowledgeable fellow and provided a great history of the area and the treasured Manattee. He was excellent and very helpful getting people in and out of their kayaks. A nice touch was his giving temperatures in Celsius. Us Canadians can do both but it made me feel welcome. I wish I hade come to this area when my kids were younger. They would have loved it. The three sisters springs are a gem to visit and you must check it out. I will be back for sure.
