Cette excursion consiste à trouver les meilleurs endroits pour les lamantins et à utiliser nos kayaks transparents pour vous offrir la meilleure vue possible sans vous mouiller ! Crystal River est connue comme la «capitale mondiale des lamantins». Lors de cette visite, nous voulons que nos invités découvrent les lamantins dans leur habitat naturel. Crystal River est alimentée par des dizaines de sources naturelles, ce qui en fait un point chaud pendant les mois « les plus froids » de la Floride. Entre novembre et mars, des centaines de lamantins migrent vers les sources pour chercher refuge et rester au chaud. Nous ne pouvons pas contrôler où ils pourraient se trouver dans la région, mais nos guides expérimentés vous emmèneront là où ils sont le plus actifs ! Alors que les lamantins sont notre objectif principal de cette visite, nous voyons souvent des dauphins, des poissons, des tortues, des oiseaux et bien plus encore ! Wonderful unique experience! Lots of wildlife, and watching manatees glide under the kayak was cool! Guide Shaggy was informative and fun, with many stories to tell. Paddling was a challenge in the shallow seasonal water, but we all arrived!

Our guide was professional and helpful. We appreciated that he gave instructions about kayaking and manatees. Most manatees stayed in the sanctuary and we could not see it closely. We were lucky to see a manatee pass by us. But there were too many visitors this season! So the river was a little crowded.
