The food sampled was phenomenal! Our guide Simon provided history of the food and area. Our group was such fun and Simon really encouraged us to engage with each other. I had a hard time finding what we would eat beforehand. So I’ll share: bbq sliders, cornbread, collards, she crab soup, pimento cheese, shrimp & grits, hush puppies, praline butter, gourmet burger, fried chicken nuggets and carrot cake. Not sure this is always the menu. The portions were smaller but once you had them all you were full.
