eBike Rainforest Experience

Aperçu

After a 9 mile narrated van ride to the north end of Douglas Island and a short training session, guests start e-biking. After riding along the shoreline on a paved dedicated bike lane taking in fresh ocean breezes and stunning views of the largest national forest in America. The tour takes you on a short walk down an old growth Forrest path to a secluded beach offering amazing photo opportunities.

Fantastic day trip excursion that included some beautiful views then a nice 45 minute hike at the midway point. The E-bikes make this excursion unique and fun. Loved our tour guide and overall experience. Our college aged daughters also loved it.

Awesome excursion, highly recommend. It was great seeing more of the back roads of Juneau, riding the e-bike on forest lined roads was incredible. The rainforest walk/hike was lush, beautiful and educational. Sione was super duper knowledgeable about the area, wildlife, and plants. He is a local and you can tell he loves where he lives and enjoys sharing it with us tourists. Kacey was our other guide and she was great too, very cheery and helpful.

Silone and Kacey were great guides. We loved getting to see more of the back roads of Juneau. The e-bikes were so fun to go so fast through the forest lined roads. The rainforest walk/hike was so lush and silone was very knowledgeable about the plants, wildlife and area. You can tell being born and raised there he was excited to share Juneau with tourists. I’d highly recommend!
