The bungee jump in Monteverde consists of jumping off a tram, which moves on cables operated by a motor, into the center of a valley. The extreme jump is 143 meters off the ground. Jumper's minimum weight is 50kg. and maximum weight is 113kg. Transportation is included.

Extremo Canopy Tour offers the best ziplines, best Tarzan swing and best adrenaline rush in Monteverde. Instead of hanging on to a pulley system like most ziplines the only thing slowing you down on this zipline is your hands! You also have the choice to go down some of the ziplines superman style which is fantastically terrifying! The Tarzan swing is horrible! The guides take you down one at a time to a bounce platform and tell you to step off. I've done bungee before and the swing was more terrifying simply because the platform is not very high and there is not tense on the harness until it feels like it’s too late. I highly recommend this tour, thrill seekers will love it. It's only $45 can't beat that price.

I was terrified to bungee jump!! However, the guides were great. I asked them to push me because I was too scared...they willingly obliged! I felt like their bungee set up was safe. They weighed us to make sure they used the right bungee , and they used ankle braces and a body harness. Their equipment looked new and in good condition. I asked several locals if they had heard of any mishaps with the bungee, and they all said "no". The price was very reasonable!!! They have you wear a go pro, and the video only costs 15$ I believe. I don't think I will do it again, but for something so scary Extremo was the way to go. The canyon was very high and beautiful! Highly recommend this bungee.

Extremo is the best word to describe this experience. During the 3 cables over 500 meters, you'll have the time to take a look at the awesome landscape ! The Tarzan Swing will give you some adrenalin. And if these activities are not enough for you, you can do a bungee jump or a Extreme Tarzan Swing. Guides are really nice and funny. They also take pictures of you, and you can buy them for $15 for 2 people. If you have your own camera, they'll take some pictures with it.
