It was a relaxing slow train ride to the Canyon. If you have smaller kids, this is a nice way to ride to the Canyon on the train with the entertainment. The server in our car, Christine, was very knowledgeable and offer some great suggestions at the Grand Canyon and in the town of Williams.

Tickets were easy to pick up. The pre show was cute but no masks or social distancing. They had tape down to be able to social distance but told everyone to ignore it and sit wherever. The stands were packed with non masked people. They did require masks on the train unless you were eating or drinking so basically no one wore them. We rode luxury dome on the way to the canyon and luxury parlor on the way back. Our attendant during the trip to the canyon was great! Very attentive and full of info. The man behind us was drinking heavily and traveling alone. He was very loud talking to himself on the way to the canyon with all kinds of colorful language. He was also in our car on the way back. They stopped serving him from the bar which made him pout all the way back but at least he was quiet. Our attendant on the way back was ok but rarely seen. When asked about soda people were told to go get them themselves. We did have music for about 10 minutes each way. I wouldn’t choose to ride with them again.

There was a little glitch in the system and booked my trip on the wrong day. But with the friendly service, everything was switched and fixed. Thank you once again for the help.
