I was very concerned, after I booked the tour, that my grandsons would not be interested, especially with the cost of the tour, but they, especially the 11 year old, did enjoy it and had many questions. Most people were gone before the 2-hour time period was over. I wish I had waited, though, until these pictures become a part of the to-be-completed museum at the 9/11 site. It was expensive to take a group of six!
My review is less than satisfactory. First, the time of my tour was changed without much notice. I changed my plans to accomodate the new time. Second, when I arrived at my pre-reserved tour, there was no listing with my name. I do hope that your company will work on these types of errors to spare future customers the type of challenges that me and my family faced.
A very detailed and almost private display of some photographs and comments not generally seen before. This is a very special 'exhibition' of a moment in time. This is really only for very genuine people who remember that time or who are trying to understand the days that followed. As the representative there said they would not show when the planes hit the towers, but to show te aftermath and the people involved
