During your time on Kauai, enjoy a three-hour guided kayak and snorkel tour along the picturesque Hanalei River and in Hanalei Bay, which is home to the beautiful Bay Reef Lagoon. Admire the dramatic Makana Peak (Bali Hai) and get up close to tropical reef fish. As you kayak along the river, you’ll be surrounded by lush trees and diverse wildlife. Learn about the flora and fauna of the surrounding area from your naturalist guide, and enjoy a snorkel in the turquoise waters of the lagoon.

Please bring the following items: sun protection, light shirt, bathing suit, footwear for the beach (tabis, aqua socks or tennis shoes), towel and change of clothes
Please include your choice of lunch: Ham, Turkey, Veggie or Peanut butter jelly
EACH CHILD 12 AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
Guests much be comfortable in the ocean. Smaller waves during certain times of the year.

Kayaking in the ocean ! Right along the shore with a magnificent view of Hanalei Bay and waterfalls. The water was so clear and vibrant blue. We started paddling up the river which was very calm and very scenic. Then to a Secret Gem im told hideaways beach. With ancient trees hanging near by its great for photos. The Guide was Lindsey ! Full of positive energy and very attentive to the group. And she carved us a Pineapple right on the beach, it was epic. Totally Hawaii. The Tour only took a few hours so i had plenty of time to explore other things in Hanalei.

Aloha G12, It is because of great and caring guides like Lindsey that our Hanalei Blue Lagoon is getting the recognition and merit it deserves. What an amazing day! J was our guide and he is amazing. We had arranged for him to pickus up in Princeville. We then rode to Hanelei where we enjoyed kayaking up the river and then out into the Ocean to Hideaway beach where we lunched and snorkeled . J regaled us with tons of Hawaiin/Polynesian history and Island lore. It was a blast. Pro Tip: bring at least a liter of water each, plenty of sun screen and waterand be prepared to use some muscles you might not usually work!
