We went to the Hard Rock as regular worldwide customers and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Our food was basic, looked as though it had been thrown on the plate. Our server was very rude and barely acknowledged us, she took our order and didn’t check to see how our food was or offer us any other drinks after we had finished ours. We then got given the bill and paid and didn’t want to leave a tip as the service was terrible. When we stood up to leave, the server slammed the reciept on the table and said we haven’t tipped. She stood and forced us to tip. I will never be returning and urge others to do the same as this experience was shocking

The food was good and the service was great. We were here for a family meal. Of all places in NYC this restaurant was reasonable. We are for $100 for a family of 4 and my husband and I each had a beer.

Ate here for our daughter's Birthday. Staff friendly and seated quickly. We had 2x combos, messi chicken burger and a surf and turf. Chicken burger was barely cooked to the point it was pink in the middle and one set of the ribs were black and burnt on the underside. Server was made aware - he took the plate of un- eaten food. Didn't return with it just said my manager offers a desert - the main hadn't even been eaten!!!!! Called over the manager and after some debating he took the meal off the bill. All in all a disappointing first experience. Would I recommend? No. Would I return? No.
