Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this tour. I am a lover of spooks and oddities, so my sister and I booked a spot on the trolley for our one night in St Augustine. The COVID policies were clearly outlined online, and so we felt comfortable booking. The trolley was only about 2/3 full, but they boarded us on and assigned us all the seats in the back. We could have easily been spaced out by groups, but we were cramped all together. The front 2-4 rows were empty. They also said they would sanitize after the last group left, but we never saw them do this. The mask policy was mentioned once, but not enforced when about 8 people completely removed their masks 5 minutes into the tour. Aside from that, we were seated on the left side of the trolley, and EVERY stop other than the first one was on the right side of the bus. We couldn't see anything. The stories were a little lack luster, and were either about extremely gruesome deaths (not ghostly), or more like made-up stories to go along with gravestones that were easily photographed from the bus. The worse part I won't blame on the tour, because it was the people on our tour that really ruined it. A group of about 8 (the maskless folks) were loud and problem some for everyone, including our poor guide. A few ran off the bus at the fort (a National Parks Historical Site) and pee'd out in the open off of the edge of the wall. All in all, I very much wished we hadn't went.
