There were 5 people in the tour, 6 including the guide: Frank. He was just smiling all the way and was very attentive. He started with explaining the route and hand signals, rules, etc. It was just fun. The weather was sunny/cloudy at the start 1:30pm, but was getting really wet by the end. Luckily the rain only fell hard on the last 5 minutes of the trip. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. We went to the "suburbs", places which I won't be going on my own just simply I wouldn't know about them. We went to see the LGBT suburbs, the hippies suburbs and the mid-upper suburbs also. Overall I would highly recommend this. As a tourist it would be hard for you to go to these places without a local tour guide just because you won't know about them. Frank was very knowledgable also. A+++ rating from me.

Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids, ages 12-14) booked a private tour with Josh as our guide. The tour was excellent - very well-planned route, interesting historical and inside information, plus a fun stop for yummy ice cream. It was a great way to get an overview of some of San Francisco's neighborhoods. Josh had a nice, easy manner, he was great with the kids and we never felt rushed. He was always happy to answer our questions - we particularly enjoyed seeing and learning about the area's murals. Even those of us who had been to the area before learned something new. We all highly recommend this tour!!

This company is great! We were the first tour of the day, everything was organised and ready to go. We loved the teamwork and the little touches like water, sunscreen and huge local knowledge.
Josh was our guide and probably one of the best guides weve had the pleasure to be on a trip with, intelligent, knowledgeable and great sense of humour.
Highly recommend
