We ended up with this company due to the pushy sales man which did make me slightly uncomfortable. Despite this, we paid a very good price (I would suggest doing it in the week). Our driver and guide was Rich and if you want to know as much information about the area and it’s residents he is the man for you! He almost didn’t stop talking the whole way which was extremely impressive. Furthermore he let us get out of the bus at a viewpoint and helped take pictures for everyone. He did mention tips briefly at the end and suggest above $10 which as an student from England I was shocked at. But I do understand as I can imagine companies pay the guides little, and he did do a fantastic job which would have required a lot of effort. However, we didn’t have cash spare so I apologised and thanked him for his efforts and he was happy. Thank you Rich for a great experience!

Had a great tour yesterday with Shay. Really enjoyed seeing all the celeb houses & Hollywood hotspots. Great two hour tour a definite must if you’re seeing the city with limited time. Very well organised, friendly staff. Highly Recommend.

This tour is not worth the cost! We went on the 10:30 a.m. tour on Wed., Aug. 1, 2018. Our driver spent a good 20 minutes of the tour small talking with people on the bus (e.g., where everyone was from, etc.). He jokingly talked about how we might have noticed how he was filling time in between different sights, yet it was unbelievable that he didn't have anything else to say about Hollywood sights, history, etc.. For the sights he did talk about, he had little of substance to say. He did spend a fair amount of time talking about how we could fact check him which was just weird. In addition, he dropped us off in Beverly Hills for a 15 minute bathroom break, and he concluded the tour 15 minutes early. All in all, it was about a 90 minute tour altogether. There is fine print for the tour that says how the actual tour times might vary, yet, for $35/person, the tour wasn't worth it! There are SO MANY tours to choose from, so I'd recommend looking for another tour.
