Couldn't find it items being described... automated recording did not match locations... Didn't even get to see the Twin Towers footprint.

This was not good. I’m disappointed it was the first option that came up on Travel Advisor, We got to the departure place.. which I had to look up because it wasn’t on any of the communication. There was a guy there selling tickets for half of what we paid online. We waited an hour, there was no tour guide, audio worked half the time and the bus never stopped. We were the only ones on the bus. We would not of had gotten off for fear it never seeing another bus. Go to the corner and buy tickets for another company; there were a lot of people selling tickets.

Save yourself the time and money, use another company. The other hop on, hop off buses had buses running constantly and were easy to find and catch. Ours was not. We had to call to figure out when a bus would be where we were, and couldn’t always get someone to answer. It was a headache.
