A horrendous experience. We called the company after arriving and were told to wait 25 minutes. Following two further calls we were eventually collected after an hour. Other people on our flight had long since been picked up by other drivers from the same company. Extremely disappointing.

More than a 30 minute wait at the terminal. When a vehicle arrived there was confusion and uncertainty about who was going where that delayed us even further. We didn't leave the airport until nearly 1 hour after arriving at the ground transportation desk. Nice driver though.

Our flight arrived early so we expected to wait until our prebooked time for the shuttle bus but we got taken within 10 minutes which was great. Cheap way to get to Manhattan from JFK airport.
