Bit of a wait at JFK but this was not down to the transfer company just the queue at the airport and the way they handle the contacting of transportation companies could do a lot better. Mini van that arrive was simple and nothing fancy, in hindsight would probably book a private transfer to save having to go to another terminal to collect someone else but that's what you get sometimes when you book shared service. All in all worth the money paid.

The driver had to stop and put gas in the van while transporting us to our destination. He even drove on the sidewalk to get back on the street.

It took NEARLY 3 HOURS FROM JFK TO THE HOTEL.
I had written to Viator 4 TIMES prior to this booking to confirm we wouldn't spend too much time waiting in the airport and the drop-offs. I was told MAXIMUM of 30mins wait.
When we arrived we WAITED 1 HOUR AND A QUARTER for the shuttle to arrive, 15 to get the passengers and then we were the LAST TO BE DROPPED IFF AT THE HOTEL. After the enormous wait at JFK, the other passengers had less wait they could have done the courtesy of drop us off first since we were all in the same area, but didn't.
Not happy at all with this service.
