Very enjoyable experience. Tyler the guide was very communicative and helped us in paddling kayaks in the ocean and rough waters

On the website no one mentioned that if the ocean was rough we would not be able to go into the caves. They told us that we woud get close to the caves but this was not true. We were very far away. All we did was kayak into the ocean an sit there listening to the gudes (who were very good) I got very sea sick from bobbing up and down. We rented wet suits which were very cold when we put them on. They also charge $7 for a small locker. After it was over we went to change out of the wet suit and I asked for a towel. She said they don't offer towels. Again, I did not read anything on the website that said be sure to bring your own towel. I was shivering and obviously ill and no one offered to help me.

The guides were great and knowledgeable but be warned, winter waves and king tide means there is a high chance you don’t even go near the caves. This isn’t just a bad luck day, it is much of winter - if I knew that before the trip, I would have asked what % of trips in the winter get to go in caves (our guide said very few) and would have reconsidered. Also, the water is very cold in winter, so wetsuits (a $20 buy up option) is more a necessity than a nicety, so plan for that extra expense.
