Honestly, from the get-go, Max (our Captain) was nothing short of magnificent. Not only did he phone us a few hours before to make sure we knew where to find him, but during the whole experience, made my wife and I feel welcome and at ease. The whole experience was memorable and his vibe, along with his playlist, was indeed therapeutic. Overall, this is someone who LOVES what he does. And would recommend it to friends and family!
