Our Captain Mike was excellent. He cared that the passengers were comfortable and informed. The snack tray and wine were great.

The boat was very clean and the views were great. However Shaun’s service and rude behavior was appalling . After being told half the sea lions were killed off by bad algae. After being served lays potato chips and a few grapes, meat and cheese. After waiting for our appointment and ending the tour 15 minutes early I offered a tip of $20 to cover 6 people who payed $117 per person. Shaun scoffed at the $20 and said is this it?? I work for tips and $20 is what I expected from each person . A grown man demanding six women tip him what he thought was worth it was distasteful and bullying at its finest. Never ever again

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the cleanliness of the boat and the beautiful views during your cruise. However, we are deeply concerned about your comments regarding the behavior of our staff member, Shaun. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure all of our guests feel comfortable and respected. If Shaun’s actions or comments made you feel otherwise, we sincerely apologize. This is not the standard we set for our team, and we will be addressing this matter internally to ensure it does not happen again. As for gratuities, while tips are appreciated and contribute to our team’s income, they are always voluntary and should never be expected or demanded. Your feedback highlights an important area for improvement, and we are committed to reinforcing proper training for our staff on this topic. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We value your feedback and will use it to ensure a better experience for future guests.
