Usually this type of museum is childish and irrelevant. Not so here. Truly interesting story and excellent, well curated artifacts. Do not miss.

Let me start by saying there were GORGEOUS exhibits and breathtaking treasure to be seen at this museum. However, I was very surprised after a few corners, we were right back in the gift shop where we started! Unless you are reading all of the signage, the trip will be VERY quick. We finished in less than half an hour. In the gift shop, there were a lot of little touristy souvenirs. If you want a piece of the actual treasure, you are better off visiting the Mel Fisher's Treasures store.

There isn't much to do in Kew West apart from water sports, but this museum is an absolute must to check out. We spent about 1.5 hours while going through the exhibits and we read every sign we found. All in all a super informative place with incredible jewelery and real 16th century silver coins and treasures!
